Cookbook mania

My niece has been diagnosed with cieliac (no idea how to spell it) disease, which means she cant eat flour and some other things. She is only four, so you try to tell a four year old she cant have cookies! After searching the web, I found the site for elana's pantry....a week later, I bought the cookbook and ordered the ingredients....cant wait to try it out! My sister could use the cookbook too....
