What did Scarlett O'Hara say? Tomorrow is another day!

Hey remember that post from yesterday about the body fat calipers and how I thought I should start the zone early? That can be totally scratched. I was trying to be good last nite, but eventually caved to the "chocolate stampede" from Longhorn. My son only turns 16 once, right? All the sad and pathetic excuses I can possibly come up with are all a mere farce... I should have refrained and didnt. Food obviously still has the upper hand, but I will eventually win. (Worried now about slipping into an e.d., but strangely not worried enough to be able to change the thought process of food being the enemy!)

I am still starting the zone diet Monday. Of course after reading up on it and seeing some meal plans, I have started my unmeasured attempts at eating zone style. (except for the unfortunate chocolate incident). The basic point is (I think) to eat 40 percent protien, 30 percent carb, and 30 percent fat with each meal. Now a cheeseburger you would think would be a perfect food right? Wrong!! They actually mean good fats and good lean protiens. Bah. I keep looking at the pictures of Nicole Carroll from Crossfit Journal and her plunge into the zone. I so want abs like that and muscles like that...I want to be ripped!!!!

It all comes down to this, what do I want more, muscles and kicken abs or that piece of cake?
We shall see...oh yeah food, its on.
