I have to confess I have a total girl crush on Nicole Carroll from crossfit.
Okay, maybe I really just want to be as strong and fit as she is, but that doesnt stop me from watching all of the videos on the crossfit website and imagining me doing the WOD with her and us being super BFF's talking about Zone nutrition and how spandex really does look good on us super athletes. I am a total crossfit goober. If crossfit was a high school I would be the A.V. cart pusher nerd and the crossfit instructors would be the cheerleaders and football stars, but it doesn't stop me from dreaming!
I think I'll go downstairs and try to practice some handstand pushups now.
