W.O.D. "Nasty Girls"

So I did the workout of the day aptly named Nasty Girls. It was awful. But awesome. I could not hoist the prescribed 135 lb weight, so I weenied it down to 65 lbs. (I figure thats over 1/2 my body weight, so its okay, not stellar but okay.) The workout also called for doing "muscle ups" which I am still at a loss to achieve... the substitution is 3 pull ups and 3 dips = one muscle up. Here is the prescribed workout:

3 rounds for time of:

50 squats
7 muscle ups
135 lb hang cleans

This is my substitution:

3 rounds for time of:

50 squats
21 bar dips
21 pull ups
65 lb hang cleans

It was tough tough tough, lemme tell you. My time for the three rounds was just at 20 minutes flat. That is not a good time, it is slow and I wish I was able to do the exercises just as they do without having to substitute. One day, crossfit. One day I will do the WOD as prescribed and be up to par with the times posted to your site. Mwah-ha-ha-ha ha.
